Dunny Dips for the hips

Dunny Dips for the Hips is a lower body exercise focussing on the toilet using your glutes, hamstrings, calves and lower back to really clean those deep down bowl stains.

Stand with your feet approximately three horizontal BAM bottles apart.
Hold your toilet brush firmly in the centre.
Keep your back straight, inhale and gently bend your right knee into a side lunge.
Using your arms, rotate your toilet brush in a clockwise circular motion (rotate for ten).
Exhale and push off firmly with your right leg, returning your body to your starting position. Repeat the movement on your opposite side, rotating anti-clockwise.

Tile Torque

Tile Torque is designed to strengthen your back and abdomen muscles as you polish the floor and clean the tiles.

Kneel on hands and knees and place one hand directly under your shoulders. Avoid arching back.
With BAM bottle in hand, extend one arm and opposing leg behind you and spray those tiles.
Do left and right lifts repeatedly whilst yelling out "Spray" on each action.
For more advanced shine, replace spraying action with cloth wiping.
